Authorized Representative & Public Archive Terms

1. Purpose of This Archive

Bicol Theatre Archives & Repertory is a public cultural documentation effort maintained by DALAN Theatre & Events Collaborative. It is not a paid submission service. Its purpose is the preservation, documentation, and celebration of Bicol theatre history — past, present, and ongoing.

2. Authorized Representative Responsibility

By submitting information, images, posters, files, and related materials to this archive, you confirm that:

You are an authorized representative of the theatre company or production you are registering.

You have the right to submit the information, images, and files you are uploading.

The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of all submitted records and uploaded materials.

3. Platform Liability

The platform (Bicol Theatre Archives & Repertory / DALAN Theatre & Events Collaborative) is not liable for files, images, posters, photos, or information uploaded by users who claim to be authorized representatives. Responsibility for the accuracy and authorization of submitted materials rests with the submitting user.

4. Verification of Records

**Active theatre companies:** Information may be verified through direct communication with active theatre companies or their representatives.

**Closed or ended theatre companies and productions:** Information may be based on cross-referenced public, visible, historical, archived, or community-sourced records. Not all historical records can be officially verified. Theatre history is often incomplete, scattered, undocumented, or preserved through community memory.

5. Archive Record Limitations

Public archive records may contain limitations due to the nature of historical documentation. The platform acknowledges that some records may be incomplete, approximate, or based on available community knowledge. The goal is preservation, not commercial exploitation or official certification.

6. Admin Rights

The platform administration retains the right to review, correct, unpublish, hide, archive, reject, or revise any record when needed. The admin may also remove or restrict access to materials found to be inaccurate, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

7. Corrections & Feedback

The platform welcomes corrections, takedown requests, clarifications, and feedback. If you believe any record contains inaccurate, unauthorized, or sensitive information, please contact the platform administrators.

8. Agreement

By checking the authorized representative checkbox during registration or submission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
